I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of products from this place, weather it's been glass or e cigs and to say i am beyond disappointed and unsatisfied would be a huge understatement. I came into the shop on Sunday August 28th around 5pm and the guy working was a complete A hole. I just purchased the Fume Infinity banana ice (for $20 dollars which is a total rip off LOL) and i came in because the device was defective. THIS IS THE 3RD FUME E CIG I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THIS STORE THAT IS FAULTY AND DOES NOT WORK. If you're like me and go through these devices fairly often, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that they sell REAL e cigs. This place is a total scam and their customer service is horse sh*t! The guy working today was a total smart a** as well. I will never be coming back, if i could give this place negative stars i would!
