I typically spend $180 a month here and every so often have bought new Mods there as well. The only good help that has ever worked there was Tabatha. She really cared for the customers and to be truly honest! She went way out of her way to educate customers on the difference on the products and always got me to spend way more than I ever planed!lol But today was the final straw! The Blonde girl that works there is the exact opposite of Tabatha! I told her and pointed to the exact atomizers I wanted and she rang me up and I got a large bottle of juice. $60 yes it's more than some shops and is 3X's more then online. But I get that! You pay for the convenience and of course there overhead! When I went to change to one of the new attomizers I bought I assumed it was the one I had pointed to and when I went to put it in my tank it just fell straight through the hole and was 3 sizes to small:( I went back the next day and explained in detail what had happened to Patrick and when I was expecting him to just do a even swap he insisted on charging me for the atomizer that was wrong. I was dumbfounded! I explained how would I have expected when I broke through the cellophane expecting it was the right one, and it was not. It was clearly a mistake and I had to drive from 5 miles each way to exchange the wrong ones he still refused to do the right thing and make the customer happy. So I told him you really want to loose a customer over $4.65? He's a quirky guy to begin with and obviously not to bright! But this was just bad customer service all the way around.
