This situation inhibits my client’s ability to rectify any misunderstandings and address the damages caused by the defamation. Unless a satisfactory resolution can be reached swiftly to address this serious conduct and its consequences, my client will have no choice but to pursue legal action for defamation and seek appropriate remedies.
