I started in March 2016, I have had multiple problems with the devices. The first one last a week past the warranty, the second lasted within the warranty and was replaced. The one that was replaced lasted 4 days out of warranty and I had to purchase a new one. It does not work right! It just shuts off have had it less than 24 hours and they will not exchange it. This is poor business period! They say as long as it turns on, when they can turn it on... it can't be exchanged or replaced! I will order my stuff from the internet from now on. This is definitely poor business practice. When you buy something you expect it to work right. not just some times especially within 24 hours of your purchase!!!!!!!!!!!
