I buy Juul Pods here three times a week and have for 6 months. Yesterday I bought what I believe to be fake pods. Packaging was off, completely different color, leaking right off the bat. I called, thinking I was doing to the right thing, and let the owner know. He said there was nothing he could do for me. I would have to call Juul myself. I asked him if an exchange was possible since I am a regular customer. He said no. I informed him I will be taking my business (and money) elsewhere and my friends have agreed to no longer use Sunny's as well. He lost a customer that gives him A LOT OF MONEY and would have given him A LOT OF MONEY in the future because he wouldn't take back my (presumed) fake Juul Pods. Horrible business strategy.
