I have been coming here for years and always have enjoyed the experience. Today, I purchased a GeekVape Cerebus tank from them along with fluids, boxes of coils, and a new four deck charger. It came to around $130 dollars. Great deal. When I arrived home, I opened the sealed box for the tank and found that the contents did not look like what was on the box. I immediately returned to the store with the box and the contents. Here's where the review earns them five stars. Anyone could come in and claim that they received the wrong tank, and believe me, it looked shady. I knew it going in. I have NEVER had this happen in my years of buying tanks, especially from Swagg Sauce. The employee brought over a manager and they were going to tell me they couldn't do anything. I explained what happened and that I just spent over a hundred dollars. All I wanted was to swap this for what I paid. The manager agreed and allowed the exchange. This has earned my loyalty to their business. In a day when people are always trying to take advantage of businesses, they had every right to refuse my request. They chose the customer. Because of this, I will always choose Swagg Sauce. A final word of warning: I would recommend opening the boxes on the tanks before leaving or in your car. This may have been a weird case, but because it happened to me, I don't want this to occur to another customer or to the business. Thanks again Swagg!
