We used to absolutely love this vape shop until the new girl took over a few months ago. Apparently she has taken it upon herself to open up and close the shop whenever she wants to. It certainly doesn't help that she's extremely rude, snarky and full of excuses! If you search the store hours, they are still posted as they have always been. That being said, THERE'S NO TELLING HOW MANY OTHERS SHOW UP TO LOCKED DOORS! You can't even be bothered to correct your hours of business online?!?!? This has happened to my husband and me on several occasions, today being one of them! This is the 4th and final time this has happened which is what lead to me leave this review. This doesn't include the many times my husband has shown up to locked doors during business hours. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, completely inconsiderate of customers and such bad business to conduct! These problems were never heard of when Elizabeth and Leanne ran the shop. I'd give your business zero stars if Yelp allowed. You've lost customers who supported your business as long as you've been open!
