From humble beginnings with a small amount of retail space to now, with a cavernous interior retail space and lounge, The Cloud Factory is a vapers dream. Sergei and company have been meticulously tweaking the experience for old school, newbies, and the "what is a vape?" folks. An interior with hundreds upon hundreds of juice/liquid offerings, and enough mods and pod mods to make any collectors dreams, they have anted up over and over again. Currently they offer 0% liquids with flavors, Salt Nic tobacco flavors, and accessories that will continue to keep them in the limelight of places to go when you need the necessary items. From a customer standpoint, they offer tutorials, recommendations, vape safety education, fair prices, and are willing to work with you when it comes to a return or defect, which is golden in the customers eye.
