Started off by purchasing a Mini Volt because a friend of mine loved his. It last not even a month. Had to pay for shipping and send it back and wait for a new one. In the mean time I bought 2 more, 1 for me, 1 for my dad, and 1 for back up. 2 of them died on me and they upgraded me to 2 mega volts and shipped them to me and paid for me to ship back the 2 dead mini volts. Now one of the mega volts took a crap on me. I finally got to speak to a person and they wont pay for shipping, wont ship out new one till they recieve the broke one, lady was rude. Was told "we dont do that anymore". I'm well within the 90 day period as I just recieved them in March, which i have the email to confirm. NEVER GOING TO BUY ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! Better off paying extra for a mod that's gonna last and not give you problems every 1-2 months. Too much of a headache, to be honest. Bought 1st one in October. Here it is May and I've been through 4 of their mods...
