Went there looking for a specific product they unfortunately didn't have in stock. The guy working recommended a strawberry banana disposable I told him a couple times I can't do menthol, he confirmed upon his recommendation no menthol, tried it, and of course it's menthol. I was standing right there and said right away this is menthol, all I got was "sorry" I asked for a refund or discount since he sold me the wrong product, and was again told no. DO NOT TAKE EMPLOYEE RECOMMENDATIONS! Clearly they want to sell highest ticket interns not the best product for the customer
