DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! I bought an Ego One June 19th. On August 13th it stopped working and wouldn't hold a charge. I called the store the next day and was told to bring it in. I brought it in for the lady that works there just to tell me "yep...it took a crap on you". I asked her what their warranty policy is and she said 30 days. So I leave because I figure I'll call the manufacturer (Joytech) because there is a 90 day manufacturer warranty. After speaking with Joytech I'm informed The Vapor Bar is NOT an authorized retailer of Joytech and to call the manager because they should get a hold of who they use as a manufacturer to warranty my product. So I call the store and a guy answers and I tell him what's going on and asked who their manufacturer is and he say "I don't know, I'm just an employee". I said ok who's the manager. He tells me to call the Katy store because the manager works out of that store. So I ask the managers name and call the Katy store. I talked to Bobby, the manager and she was really nice but didn't know who their manufacturer was and needed to have the district manager call me. That was over a week ago. I have called the Katy store twice now and Bobby isn't in when I call and the district manager has never called me. So I'm counting this as a loss and will let everyone I know not to shop any of these stores! If you can't help a customer who purchased a product from you less than 2 months prior you shouldn't be selling anything! Hindsight I should have questioned the product because it didn't have the wrapper on the box and it was $15 more than my previous Ego One! There are way too many Vape bars around town to deal with a crappy one.
