Very friendly...went above and beyond traditional customer aervice! I was in from out of town...daughter in the hospital. I bought a new RDA.....they twisted a couple of coils up for me, hooked me up with some cotton and encouraged me to try all of the juice I wanted. Super friendly. Every time I come to Little Rock I'll be paying them a visit!
