RIP OFF!!!! RIP OFF!!!! I went in to ask about an issue with my mod and the guy gave his sales pitch and told me my mod was garbage. I didn't have my phone on me to check the online price, so I went for it. Needless to say based off my first two words, total rip off. I understand that the internet is a cheaper place to buy things and actual brick and mortar stores need to charge more because they have more overhead. Great, small businesses doing what they need to do. But let me ask you this? I was charged $100 for the ipv400. So with that being said, stay away unless you just love to get ripped off. They have a NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy so there is nothing you can do, trust me, I tried to return it but with no luck. Guess they don't care about losing a heavy vaping customer just to double their money on one sale. Pretty cool place at first, but high-pressure sales and trying to mask the rip off with a couple free plastic bottles to make you think you're getting a deal, makes it not so cool. Won't ever be going back, I would advise you not either, unless like I said, you like paying double for something.
