Ok, I usually always write good and at least constructive but positive fee back even for places that I did not have that great of an experience with. I went and picked up 30ml of fairy blood E Juice ($23.00) which is way more than I would normally pay for that size of juice. The liquid was totally clear and had a slight fragrance to it, mind you this is a Platinum juice, supposed to be higher quality. The guy put in a Nicotine level 12 in it and it turns a light pink color. I get home, fill my tank with the new Fairy Blood E Juice and start Vaping. No flavor except for the slight taste of the Nicotine. I had just replaced my coil two days prior and after about 15 hits it starts tasting burnt/harsh. I replace with another coil and it does not taste burnt but still only tastes a little like nicotine with still a harsh throat hit. I email TKO......... no reply, I call several times and no answer and when it goes to voicemail it says that their voicemail has not been set up. I'm very frustrated at this point, cant get the problem resolved and just paid $23.00 for a very poor product that I don't even want to use, I am now the owner of a virtually full 30ml bottle of crap that I wasted my money on. I was referred to TKO by a friend that swears up and down that they are the best, best of what I do not know as I have not seen anything thus far that makes me think best quality but indeed I do think poor now when I see or hear TKO Vapor. Since I had to rate it I would give it one star but really I feel like rating it nothing since that's what I purchased. If this was corrected I would happily write a positive review but since I can not seem to reach anyone (guess nobody works there during their open hours of operation) It will be left as is and I will now have to go spend more money at a Vape shop to replace what I just bought, more of my time, my money............. very frustrated.
