I used to frequent this shop. However, I bought a vape and went home only to find the vape had been damaged in shipping. It had leaked all it's fluid into the bag it was sealed in. I had just bought the vape from the girl who was behind the counter. She ended up up selling me a dollar for this vape. Now I know why! I thought she was just being friendly so I could try it and that was not the case. I tried to return it and they acted as if they had never seen me at all and when doubted if I had purchased it in their store. I believe they intentionally sold it to me to"get rid" of their damaged stock. The owner refused to allow me to trade it for another vape and said the best they could do was sell me another one for an additional $15. This was absolutely the worst customer service and I have never encounter a problem before. I felt tricked and cheated. I hope the fifteen dollars was worth it because it will be there last they ever receive from me! Beware Beware shoppers. The owner is money hungry and RUDE!
