Earlier this week I stopped at the Tobacco Barn for the first time to see if they carried Delta 8 cartridges. I purchased a cart manufactured by Hemp Vibes and had a very pleasant exchange with Shan, the manager. Very soon after my purchase, 4-5 draws on the cart, it wasn't hitting. When I returned to the store for some assistance I was helped by Parker. Parker explained to me that my pink battery wasn't powerful enough for the cartridge that I had purchased since it was long and the coils were burnt. He said I needed a new battery. So I purchased a new battery and tried the cart on it. At the time, it appeared to be hitting again. After 24hrs, the cartridge again was not functioning properly. I returned to the store this morning and purchased another Hemp Vibes cartridge with Parker, letting him know that the original one I purchased just wasn't working. I had to return to the store five hours after leaving because the new cart I purchased stopped hitting after 4-5 draws. Again the cart had burnt, but this time it was on the recommended battery! He opened another Hemp Vibes cart, let me try it, and after 4-5 puffs THAT one burnt!!! At this point I'm beginning to feel that I DID NOT burn up the original cart. 3 carts in a row from Hemp Vibes burnt. Unfortunately, Shan was unwilling to hear mine and Parker's explanation about what happened when he called her to see what he might be able to do for me. She shut him down with a NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES POLICY. So I'm out $97.11!!! Parker did what he could and seems knowledgeable. I blame management for VERY POOR customer service. If you have a defective product, your customer should not be eating that cost! Take it up with your supplier! I won't be shopping here again, nor will I purchase Hemp Vibes. Would have given "0" stars if I could have!
