I don't smoke but the man was looking for a particular cigar (pictured) and asked me to see if they had it. Guys at the front counter are on top of customer service and willing to help. They deeply send you into the cigar area to freely browse but are accessible should you require assistance. When it proved a challenge finding that particular one, the guy closest to the door went online to Google and find similar product. I took us some time but they made some good recommendations, held my hand and we got it done. There selection is vast so even if you didn't find what you're looking for, high or low end, even boutique cigar you won't leave empty handed. He now has another shop to add to his list and he's already planning a trip to browse the selection himself.
