If your want to be royally screwed this is the place for you. Called before I went in there and the associate was annoyed that I dare call and disturb him. Brought in the salt nic I use and he recommended a vape pod that would handle it. He did tell me to wait 15 minutes after I put the juice in to use it. I waited over a hour put it on lowest setting and immediately got a burnt taste. Good thing I bought extra pods so I started the process again and sure enough burnt smell and horrible taste. I brought my product and receipt back in the store and explained what was going on and the associate said " can't take it back once it is used" the associate called another associate and there solution was take it home and try the process again on the lowest setting, I explained I had it set to lowest setting and he said sorry I cant help you. I am gonna call the better business bureau on monday, I am gonna call my credit card company and try to reverse payement and I am gonna file a small claims with the courts. This is by far the worst business I ever encounted in my 46 years on this planet. Please dont make the same mistake I made and walk into this business. I truly dont want other people to get scammed out of money. They never said all purchases are final and it doesnt say it on the receipt I was given. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!
