After coming here weekly for a good year, if not more, I'm saddened to say I won't be going back, per the owner. Employees are great, however the owner has a horrible attitude and told me to "never come back". Granted, the owner never took care of me, (for he was never there) his employees always did, so he didn't know I was a weekly customer before telling me to "never come back" after he was bothered that I simply asked, "I come here every week, still want to see my ID?" After he asked for it I gladly took it out. However he proceeded to further escalate by saying "what? Does it bother you that I'm asking to see your ID? I'm the owner. Don't like it?" I was appalled. I STILL finished the transaction however, yet he still kept going and said "don't ever come back". Wow, such customer service. If you want great customer service and better prices, take the short trip to Berwyn Tobacco & Vapes on 28th and Harlem.
