Sure your juice is excellent.... That's about it. So I called one Tuesday night having issues with my evic vt the gentleman scoffed when I mention my device would not fire/power on, I got pretty frustrated by this, he advised me to come in and have their technician look at it? I really don't know who he was talking about he seemed distracted and annoyed by me calling the store. Moving on from the terrible phone skills, I tried working out a warranty exchange deal with the manufacture they referred me to the place of purchase... So I called again to the store and I work two jobs no free time blah blah etc... So this awesome lady gets on ,who states she's the owner, and I let her know what's going on and she's like, Ya! I'd be more then happy to help!. We worked it out over the phone that my girlfriend could bring my bank statement (lost receipt) and exchange the device. I'm like sweet you're the coolest chick ever(excluding my wonderful girlfriend)! So my girlfriend gets there gets ignored for a bit and she gets ignored she explains the situation brought everything the lady needed, but the guys there scoff at her whisper to each other if they think she's pregnant ,which she is we find out Friday if it's a boy or girl, and tell her there's nothing they can help her with and told her to go through the manufacture! keep in mind that this device is less then a week old! Oh boy.... So I no longer shop there,obviously, I myself enjoy dropping a couple hundred dollars every time I walk into a vape shop either on Juices, materials, or mods/tanks and I'm usually a loyal and often repeat consumer to whatever company I do my business with I've successfully converted about a handful of my friends away from that store that were looking for box mods due to there lack of exchange policy and customer service.
