I've been to this place like 6 times and I have hated every moment of it. First off, the shop sells very low quality glass, I'm assuming because tourists will buy anything. So the shop is split down the middle, glass on the right, vape stuff on the left. I'm a place like that there are usually 2-3 people working at any given time so customers can ask questions about different things, as they're always going to do. Every single time I've gone to this place there has only been 1 employee present, and as always they're tied up with a group of people answering questions and chatting. I only go there to get butane, so my transaction takes maybe a minute. I wait 5-10 minutes silently at the register waiting for some sort of acknowledgment. The whole place is just a joke, especially if you've been to the original Up In Smoke in surfside or have worked at other shops in the past. The place has potential but you can tell they just don't give a hoot.
