Established in 2014 Upscale Vapes, Inc was founded in 2012. When A couple first attempted to quit smoking in order to better their young lives, multiple failures occurred. The couple took the opportunity to try and succeed with a simple electronic cigarette, with a tobacco flavor for her and a menthol flavor for him.
