Horrible customer service from the Indian man the front desk. Doesn't handle customer service problems well. Was raising his voice while I was speaking to him about a vape that stopped work that I just bought from his store. I came in to see if they could fix the solution since I just bought it. He kept saying you should've tried it before you left. And how am I supposed to know you bought it here when I told him I used a card you can look it up in the system. And I had the card with me and he didn't even look it up in the system. He just kept giving excuses. I asked him why was he raising his voice if I'm not yelling or raising my voice. I live more than a hour away and I told him I wasn't able to drive to or I g just to switch out a vape so I waited till I had work this morning. Still wasn't enough. I just don't advise spending your money here. Find a better vape shop with better customer service.
