Vape cove is run by two young men as far as I can tell. After buying a vape geek unit, 2 batteries, 11 coils, and 8 bottles of juice I had problems with 2 aspire exo tanks I purchased there. They were arrogant, condescending, incompetent, and have the social skills of a 2x4. Their customer service philosophy is basically to blame the customer. Definitely the worst vape shop I've ever been too. Try D'nK or Biilies express vape, where they stand behind the products they sell and are always helpful and polite. When I had an issue with a faulty product I purchased at D n K the owner, (Dave) tried his best to fix it. When he was unable to he split the shipping cost of sending it back to company. I had a similar experience at billies and the owner ( Billy) gave me one of his batteries for free. I have run a successful business for 15 years and don't think that vape cove will be around very long. But that's irrelevant, as they might as well not exist, because they either are too lazy, cheap, incompetent or perhaps just just to stupid to stand behind the products they sell or treat their customers with respect.
