My boyfriend went in the store today bought a few things and forgot his iPhone 12 on the counter and we didn't realize until about an hour or so later. Once we realized the phone was "lost" we called it (it would ring twice then to voicemail) we then went on my phone to locate the phone it pinged current at Vapor Hut for 10 minutes(mind you and hour or so after we were there). My boyfriend then called the store and asked them to look for his phone because the app is stating it is currently at their store the girl that answered right away said "no I don't see it" almost as if it was funny. We then checked the location again and this time the location was unknown. We went to the store and of course dead end, the staff was rude and not helpful. If that was my store and a recurring customer had this issue I would have been trying to help as far as maybe look at the cameras. I understand it's not their problem however I 100% believe one of the employees or owner stole his phone. Why an hour or so after we left the store was it still there? Why was it all of a sudden shut off right after he called the store? I would not recommend anyone go to this grimy store as the people working there are grimy thieves!
