I'm so sick and tired of having to run into the same dude that waits for me to order my vape juice then asks for my I.D. And with a cold smirk says so rudely that it's necessary. I get the law and all but he clearly has seen me so many times because I've been coming here for about 2 years. I have my phone number in the system to redeem rewards as well. The guy with the long black hair tied up. I was going to spend a good amount and from what I remember I would have been able to redeem around $15-$20 off. It took me a long time to find the right juice for me but because this hard headed employee takes his job TOO seriously.. I'm 110% NOT coming in anymore. Thanks to him. I NEVER have a problem with anyone else. Maybe make a system to make showing ID's easier..? Unfortunately for your company I had recommended a lot of friends to go and have been satisfied with your products and juice and this company is not only losing my business but the handful amount of people who started going because of me. Now it's a domino affect. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!
