******im stuck with a BROKEN $100 product**** ******poor customer service altert*********** I had recently left my mod on my car and It fell off broke it and needed an immediately replacement. This was the closest place to where I was. I bought an aegis legend mod and had to take it back an hour later because the fire button was sticking. They allowed me to swap it out with another one. Only to get the new one, and the battery slots we're mismachined and wouldn't allow the batteries to go in. She had to use pliers to get my battery out, tearing the casing on my 12$ battery. Smh The lady working said it's cause of the batteries I was using. Even though I've been using this same mod for a little over a year with these same batteries. They did not have any other Aegis legend mods. When I asked if I could have a refund since they could not exchange it, she just said "sorry, we don't do refunds. In store exchange only" She tried calling the store manager, only to have them not answer. She then sarcastically told me I can wait if I wanted to. All this happening on Valentine's Day whole I have my girlfriend sitting and waiting in the car. This is absolutely embarrassing and will be sure to never visit this business again! ..... how are you not gonna give me my money back when you can't uphold to your own in store policy?! So now I'm just out $100 I guess, or just stuck with a fucked up mod; depending on how you want to think about it.
