Came to this shop to get some parts for my boyfriends vape which we didn't bring with us because we were out for lunch then saw this shop and decided to pop in. What a mistake that was. The girl behind the counter had some kind of attitude telling us the piece she was trying to sell us will fit the vape and was not listening when we tried to tell her the piece was too big, the attitude came out again and she pressed saying it is definitely the correct size and she knows what kind of vape we are talking about. Ended up buying said piece (I knew it would fit on my larger vape and it's acrylic so it wasn't a complete waste of money) and when we took it home sure enough it was way to big and my partners vape slipped right through the middle. Service was below average, biggest part of customer service is listening to the customer which she did not do.
