I DO NOT recommend this store. I purchased 3 @Smok products and had issues with all of them. The first one (Smok Nord Prism gold) pod was very loose fitting and would not stay in the battery. I went and purchased another pod and it did fit as it should but it ended up breaking/cracking in a short period of time. I went back and spoke with one of the employees and explained the issue. They questioned me on how I was using it. (Only 1 way to use it) Had I dropped it? (no) I ended up buying another pod. It too broke. So I went back again and thought maybe I have a bad product so I'll buy a different one. Well the second one (Smok Nord 7-colour carbon fibre style) was no better. The pods kept cracking. I kept going back and complaining but the employees kept telling me there is nothing they could do (no warranty) and to contact Smok directly. I must have bought at least 6 replacement pods for this model. So after my last pod break I decided to actually change the style of battery and purchased the Smok Trinity Alpha Prism rainbow. I chose this one because it used the same coil as the other 2 and I would be able to use the small stash I had accumulated. Within 1 hour of setting this one up my pod broke/cracked again. I was pissed!! Unfortunately, the store was closed so I went back the next day after I was done working and showed the employee. He didn't understand why this kept happening. He was nice enough to give me a new pod at no charge. So I headed back home to fill it with my liquid and before heading out again I checked the pod (I had not yet pulled on it as I was letting the coil soak) The brand new 10 min old pod was cracked!! I went back to the store and showed the guy. He couldn't believe it either. (I had this new vape for less than 24hrs.) So he called the owner and explained what happened. All that they offered me was "cost" on the purchase of another vape. Are you kidding me??? Guess what...I won't be spend another penny at this store. What makes it even better is that I went to another vape store and bought another Smok Trinity Alpha Prism rainbow vape. And guess what?? This store offered me a 30 day warranty from the store and a 6 month manufacturer warranty. On the exact same product!!!! Kinda makes me wonder why Vape Street doesn't offer the same when selling the same product......
