I've stopped here several times and always receive good customer service. But the other day I was in desperate search of coils and a glass piece. Tyler was working, this is the first time I've seen him there, and I just had to say what an exceptional employee he was. So polite on the phone and even more in person. So helpful and seriously took the time to search his inventory and found me the last glass piece in stock for my vape. Most employees would have just moved on, but he really helped me out! He made sure it fit before I left as it was a bit different than the one I previously had. I just really appreciated his energized energy!! Thanks Tyler!
