Been a loyal customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars here. I've been collecting reward points for many years to use on discounts such as certain percentages off E liquids and can even save money on mods and devices with the points. However I go in today to buy another overpriced bottle of E liquid and find out that as of the new year(2020) all points were erased and they are no longer doing a point system! Wow. I can't even believe WITHOUT notice they just erase all your points and don't even offer a one time discount or anything! Come on you should of at-least informed people that we are doing away with the One thing that kept me coming back and give there loyal customers notice to use them on or before X date so as not to loose them!! So if your looking for a great Vape store in the Bangor Brewer area, definitely check out Empire and stay clear of vapeology! The staff is extremely rude and definitely would not go there if your a beginner cause you'll prob get laughed out the door by there Know-it-All employees. Plus empire is Wayyyyy cheaper and they have knowledgeable Helpful employees!!!
