I appreciated the knowledge regarding different products however returns and refunds were not an option within 10 minutes of purchasing. I bought a MiO vape pen and some juice. Within the first few puffs the smoke began burning my throat so I called asking for an exchange or refund. I was told that I smoked it too early and the juice needed to settle. The sales clerk explained that the box stated waiting 10 minutes after adding juice or you burn the cotton. I was offered the option of purchasing another pen, but that their hands were tied when it came to a refund or exchange. I re-read the products box/instructions and the label actually says to discard the pen after 5-8x use because the device will eventually lose its flavor potency, not the clerks original explanation of "it says wait 5-10 minutes. Lots of vape shops offer refunds and exchanges on defective devices, this one does not. And yes, I always keep it polite.
