Took a trip to the river this summer and got my vape wet. It stopped working so I googled closest vape shop and vapetastic was the closest. I took it inside and the guy was super nice and knowledgeable. I advised him I am on a river trip from Dallas and my vape is ruined. He informed me about the warranty I had on my mod. He also had a spare mod that he wasn't using and told me to take it. Super kind of him. I will forever be a customer and will visit every year I go to float the river.
