Weren't helpful at all when trying to pick a flavor. They didn't make any conversation and made me feel like I was bothering them. I get my stuff from Manitowoc at Big J's and I will continue to do that because I was feeling very uncomfortable and didn't feel like I had a pleasant experience. If you want good customer service and need information or suggestions on products, Big Jays Smoke Shop in Manitowoc is recommended.
