REXBURG LOCATION This seems like a great little shop with some great products however, the customer service has been one of the worst I have ever come across. The guy working today's shift at 3:40 wasn't friendly at all from the moment he "greeted" me. We have had an issue with one of their hype bars not working and when asked previously what could be done the guy working that day said the next bar we purchased we would get 10% off and we accepted but didn't need to buy one right at that moment because we purchased more than one with the purchase before. Today we went back to purchase a COUPLE more puff bars and the customer service by the guy working from the beginning was trash. From the jump he didn't seem from his tone and body language that he was not interested in being there at his job. When I mentioned the conversation with the previous employee I was told, without looking mind you, that there was no note so we needed to deal with it whenever that guy was working again, yet I decided I would still go through with the purchase thinking I would be back another time to get more and hope that other employee would be working. Then after checking my ID I gave my gf debit card which iv used everytime I have purchased items but this time, with this particular employee he wanted my gf ID as well which she was on the car with our newborn, the excuse he gave for this inconvenience was that "kids have been using their parents cards to get puff bars" wtf?! Then when my gf went in to purchase the puff bar she immediately made it clear we would never be back and asked where the closet vape stir was NOT owed by the same owner because again he was just flat out not customer friendly. We will never purchase another item from this location until that employee is replaced because otherwise I feel the service provided speaks volumes about the company and the people who own it. Once I no longer see this particular guy working then vaping outlet will get back not just my business but also my family and friends. The drive to Rigby from Rexburg is worth the better customer service.
