Went in to get a battery for a New device I bought somewhere else. I asked if the batteries were pre charged bc I had already ordered batteries and a charger somewhere else. I was told they came about 60% charged. Got home and they were both dead. Guy was too busy on his computer and watching anime to actually help me out when I asked about the different battery options. He was by himself and that's understandable but don't tell me they come charged when they don't just to make a marked up/overpriced sale. Pointless and frustrating.
