This is the "Cheers" of Vape Stores. Not only are they the oldest vape store in California (remember when every Tom, Dick and Harry opened up a vape store a decade ago?), but they are BY far, the most knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service oriented vape shop I have ever been to- period. The store is in a great location- easy to get to, with lots of parking (handicapped access is right in front), and awesome hours every day of the week. The store is well lit, SUPER clean, well organized, with a wide variety of vapes, mods, coils, juices, single use vapes, salts, thanks, you name it. For those on a budget- prices are ALWAYS on the lower side of reasonable, and they have a sale case as well. Are you Military or First Responder? They PROUDLY give you your discount- just ask. If their prices, products, and location isn't enough to sway you- their customer service will be. Each and every time I have shopped here, I have been made to feel that I am an appreciated and valued customer. And when I say this is the "Cheers" of vape stores, that's because no matter how crummy of a day I have had- they know who I am, they remember what my likes and dislikes are, and they have offered a word of encouragement along with my purchase (I'm a single mom and disabled veteran), or just let me complain without making me feel like a weirdo. Additionally, they have gone out of their way to make sure I had what I needed before I walked out of the store, even when they probably LOST money on a sale- because they realize that money doesn't grow on trees, and they want their customers to know that they appreciate them enough to do what needs to be done to KEEP them as a customer.
