Never had an issue with customer service but the prices are quite a bit higher. What you may pay about $24 for juice, you'll pay over $30 here. This does not apply just for juice but also for products as well. The staff that I've worked with are very friendly and pretty knowledgeable about the products. Gave good recommendations when I asked and even called the other stores about certain products that I was looking for that they did not have. They weren't pushy and let me look and ask questions.
