Went in Saturday to southhill branch to buy new set up. Unfortunately,there was a malfunction with unit. Went in to the Trent location (closer to work) and we replaced it. Unfortunately that too didnt fix issue. In less than a week i had to go in a few different times on lunch break to try to resolve a problem with unit. We did,i think, end up fixing problem. why im writing this review? Because thru out the whe process, even tho it was a pain on my end, the folks who work there including the manager all the staff were so helpful and understanding and friendly. Did EVERYTHING they could to make right on my purchase. All of them. I refuse to go anywhere else now. They have my business and will continue to. These people went above and beyond to make right on something that was no ones fault. Stop by!!!! Good folks!!
