My husband and I have been coming here for years, it's our go to. They have great prices and MOST of the employees are friendly and love to help. One employee, however (the one with glasses) is always extremely rude. One time he said my husband smelled like a chicken plant which was incredibly rude and hateful. He then saw my last review about his comment and threatened my husband that if I did not take it down he would refuse service. My husband is retired U.S. Navy. He fought for our freedom of speech and to be threatened for speaking the truth is a slap in the face and unacceptable. I believe that customer service is not the correct career path for this young man and reflects very poorly on such a great business. We have never been rude, even when confronted. We remain loyal to the store and the other employees. Apart from him every employee has always been kind and helpful. I hate leaving only a 1 star review for such a great business but I feel like it's necessary considering how this employee goes out of his way to make others feel as miserable as he acts.
