My husband loves this place, so we stop in pretty much every time we are in town. The first time coming here (over a year ago) we met the owner and realized they make their own recipes. I personally do not vape, but have picked up on my visits to other vape shops that shops that make their own recipes have to file them with the FDA, which is better than most of the stuff you get off the shelf at any old store that sells vape juice. He's very friendly, helpful and seems invested in helping people to stop smoking, it's too bad you can't order online because we don't have a comparable shop where we live. In any case, my husband really likes this guy and his products so he's been loyal to this store every time we are in town. When we were in town last month, my husband had the dogs with him so he ran in to tell the employee (owner's sister in law, love family businesses) that he was going to quickly place a large order with her and then wait in the car with our dogs. She insisted he bring the dogs in while he waited and my girls got to bask in all the attention of the employees and customers. Even though I wasn't there, it really warmed my heart when my husband told me about it and I just had to share that anecdote. Also on that visit, he asked about a pen he bought the day before that he thought was acting funny and she almost insisted on a refund or exchange, even though he wasn't looking for that. He didn't do it, they figured out the answer to his question, but I thought that was a great example of their customer service. He also asked her to surprise him for one of his purchases and she whipped up something called Pink Panther. I could smell it when he was vaping the next day and even I said it smelled "pink," lol. We've been by so often recently that my husband is stocked up for a while and doesn't need to go to our local shops when we are home, but will definitely continue to purchase the superior products from here.
