Stopped in for the first time yesterday. I'm new to this and had many questions and was not sure what to purchase. The ambiance is actually pretty laid back and cool, but my overall experience was not enjoyable. I felt rushed and like a nuisance for asking questions and trying to research before I made a purchase. While I was happy with my purchase, I later went to another shop close by and found the same cartridge for $12 less. I will not be returning. Perhaps if the retail associate had more patience and knowledge I'd consider paying a 30% premium!
