I've been coming here for a number of years, and it has gone downhil. I spend an obscene amount of money at least every two weeks. usually the customer service is good.. (depending on who's workin) tonight I went in, bought my usual $100.00 worth of stuff, I don't even think the guy rememberEd me as he didn't offer me a discount like usual, and he gave me the wroNG ohm pods.. second time this month. I'm no longer getting personal service any more, so I might as well just use those mail order shops. BEYOND frustrated!
