I'd like to start by telling you that no one should buy anything from this location, I bought a device from them on the June 28. It was working perfectly fine until yesterday( July 22) it hasn't even been 30 days. The guy who sold me the device up sold me to a more expensive one than the one I initially went in to the store for. He explained that if I hold on to the packaging that any issues I have with it they would replace it within 30 days. I walked in to the store today with the intentions of buying more pods and more liquids, also expecting for them to replace the defective device. When I handed the device to same person that sold me the device he started acting as if he was trying to help me and was talking to me asking me questions about what type of charger I used to charge the device. I told him "regular USB ports, then I told him I think it's a regular 2.0 amp port, my computer's USB port" he responded "there it is you fried it!, sorry I can't help you, the best I can do is give you a discount on an other device"... Really he pretty much secretly interrogated me to deny me warranty on a clearly defective device that does not bring a power outlet. He never told me to charge it on a 1 amp power outlet. I also highly doubt that the 1amp difference was the issue. It's clearly a manufacturer defect. It didn't even stop working while I was charging it cut out in the middle of me vaping. I tried asking to speak to the manager and he told me that's not possible. After getting frustrated with the situation, another guy came out from the back acting tough and didn't like the tone of my voice and asked me to stop the attitude. What did he expect for me to have a smile from cheek to cheek after they screwed me and wouldn't honor their warranty. I gave the guy a piece of my mind and he asked me to leave the store. After searching online I couldn't find any way of contacting any body that can be held accountable for this. Pretty much if you walk into this store it's just like walking into the flea market, what ever you buy hope that it's good otherwise good luck with getting them to honor the warranty. I guess I'll be contacting Consumers Protection to file a formal complaint... let's see how that goes?
