Unhappy is being generous. It is a nice store, and very convenient, however the customer service I received was terrible at best. When I tried to politely tell them that I had a bad experience I was essentially ignored. I asked for help with picking out a new tank for the mod/battery I was given. The employee showed me several tanks to purchase and I ended up with the baby beast, which is a very common tank I've heard. The problem is that I asked him if it would work well with my unit and was told that it would absolutely be great etc. I asked him how to fill it, how to maintain it, how it worked...well it turns out that the first coil was defective. which we learned in the store. I still had to buy it because he filled it essentially...and put his mouth on it and smoked out of it. The other coil that came with it was so far out of the range of my unit that it barely worked at all....which he told me was fine to put into my 40w unit. The range of the other coil was something like double that. I finally went back and told a different employee my problems and his response was basically that "that's tough that's what comes with the tank". Had I been informed about that I would have never bought that tank. I would have bought a different tank that came with coils that would work with the 40w I had. I spent 50 bucks there and a month using something that barely worked. Once I got a coil that worked it was fine. But damn...Don't mislead someone who is just trying to quit smoking to buy a product like that. They gave me the impression that it would work with what I was given, and that was not the case. The tank it self is great. I love it. All I wanted was something that would work with what I had. I was mislead. I feel cheated. All they had to do was tell me the coil wouldn't work. Now they won't even make it right. The fact is I won't shop there anymore over something that would have cost them $10 in REVENUE...not profit.
