I have been a client at this store since they opened! Always buying batteries, filters, tanks, etc. Always loyal until today! A little less than a month ago, I bought a 5 pack coil (1.8) when i got home, the moment i put the coil in and hit the button to smoke, the cotton from the side of the coil lid up bright orange and it threw a metallic smoking smell. I tried another coil, same thing. I came to the store today to show the sales rep what was happening and asking for an exchange and the first response the guy gave me was sarcastic and insulting...i felt like he was treating me like an ignorant... then I asked him to call the manager and that went out even worse!! Its been over 40 minutes...still waiting on a response to fix my problem while he deals with other clients ... horrible customer service and management!! I was not asking for my money back...i was just asking for a replacement to their defective units...one thing I know for sure, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!! And, after the 1hr wait to get help, the so called "manager's (I think her name was Erika)" response was: there is nothing we can do...we do not guarantee the quality of the coils and cannot be responsible if they come defective! That was the response I got!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
