"BUYER BEWARE"......I have been shopping at the Fort Collins Vapor Core for about a year now. I reside in Palm Springs CA during the winter and always try to stock up on product because it is hard to find e-juice in CA. I have had great luck with them until now, last week I spent about 90 dollars, I came back in to purchase some cartridges (for a different ecig) to get my free 100 ml bottle of e-juice, I delt with Austin, I let him know I was $10 away from receiving my juice & needed cartridges, they did not carry the brand of cartridges so I purchased another new e'cig for approximately $40, after I purchased the cig Austin said they were out of 100ml bottles & he could only give me the 60 ml bottle, he would not give me 2 bottles that totaled 100ml because he said it was against policy, so I asked him to keep the new ecig ID just purchased & at that point he said they had no refunds! I'm on a fixed income & didn't appreciate the false advertising I experienced here after spending over $120, I will no longer shop here or refer anyone to this store due to the treatment I received from Austin, who by the way is the manager, he says????? I've had great service from the other employees here & I'm wondering if Austin is the reason this store score so low compared to their others???? Signed Very disappointed past customer
