A week ago I lost my SMOK Fetch, I called Vapor'd to see if they had one. The gentleman who answered said he didn't have the Fetch, but that he had the big brother of the Fetch with a bigger pod. I couldn't afford this model when I had purchased the Fetch. I let him know that I had to bring my son in with me and he said that would be just fine and he would make sure no one was vaping when I came in. I got there and got my new device for the same price I got my Fetch for elsewhere. He remembered me from our phone call earlier and greeted my son and made him feel welcome. I will be continued customer from now on.
