Been a customer for years - usually treated well and could call to have custom blends made so we don't have to wait. That was until tonight when I was presented with someone named Steve who has to be the rudest person in any service role ever. The complete jerk told me I had to pay up front not the phone - didn't bother to see I am a legit long time customer - never have I been treated that way. If you vaoe - go elsewhere - this is not the lace to spend your money
