I was told that I cannot return the coils that I purchased. They were never opened, therefore they were in the original package.... and it clearly states on the receipt that a refund is possible as long as the product is in the original packaging. They've lost a customer because of a 20$ refund that couldn't be completed. Way to go! Keep up the great work....... I'll be taking my business to Vape Blvd.
